Respectfully Dressed LLC makes reasonable efforts to display product colors, images, measurements, and descriptions as accurately as possible.  However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual appearance of products.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Respectfully Dressed LLC reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory inaccuracies, or violations of these Terms of Service.  If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Respectfully Dressed LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.  Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Personal-Care and Cosmetic Products

Cosmetic, beauty, personal-care, and grooming products sold by Respectfully Dressed LLC are intended for external use only.  Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients, directions, warnings, and instructions before use.  Discontinue use immediately if irritation, sensitivity, or an adverse reaction occurs.  Respectfully Dressed LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse of products, failure to follow product directions, or use inconsistent with product warnings and instructions.
