- $9.95 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $99!
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. So receipt will be within approx 5-7 business days.
- The delivery will depend on the carrier's capacity.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that the may be times an item needs to be returned/exchanged. No worries! Returns are excepted for store credit only within 7 days from your delivery date.

We currently do not offer refunds on any items.

The store credit amount will be your total minus the shipping cost within 5 days after items after items have been inspected.

Exchanges can be made up to 7 days from the delivery date according to stock availability.

The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide shipping labels.

In order to honor any store credit, all returned items must be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued.
Conditions:
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, no damage, unused and with tags attached. No visible make-up or deodorant on items.
- The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Discounted, sales, and/or clearance items
- Sunglasses
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear / cover-ups
- Lingerie
- Visibly worn items
- Select white items
- Items outside of policy window
- Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.
- In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your store credit refund.
- If a store credit refund is given, it will be minus the restocking fee and the shipping cost.
- By completing a purchase with Respectfully Dressed you are agreeing to our full return policy.
