Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery time: 5-7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed.

The delivery will depend on the carrier's capacity. Respectfully Dressed LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or stolen packages: Once the carrier confirms delivery, Respectfully Dressed LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with neighbors or building management if your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it.
Returns:
Return Window:
All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 business days of receipt. To request a return, email support@respectfullydressed.com with your order number and reason for return.
We accept returns ONLY for:

Damaged or defective items upon arrival

Incorrect items shipped

Items that do not match the product description
Items must ALL of these conditions to be eligible for return:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

In original packaging with all tags attached

No visible signs of use or wear
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale):

Personal care products, including hair oils and cosmetics, once opened or used (for health and safety reasons)

Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales marked "Final Sale"

Gift cards
We currently do not accept returns for change of mind, but exchanges for store credit may be approved within 7 business days if the item is in new condition with all tags attached. Contact us to discuss.
Shipping Costs:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you received free shipping on your order (over $99) and return part of your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges:

Exchanges can be made up to 7 business days from the delivery date, subject to stock availability.

In order to honor any exchange or store credit, all returned items must be in new condition with all tags attached. If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued.
Order Cancelations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if the order has not already entered processing.
Because some items are fulfilled through third-party wholesale and dropshipping vendors, orders may begin processing immediately after purchase.
Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or a shipping label has been created, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
If a cancellation request is approved after payment processing, any non-refundable transaction fees or supplier restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted.

Orders marked as Final Sale cannot be canceled once submitted.
