Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. During periods of high order volume, promotional events, inventory shortages, or unforeseen shipping disruptions, processing times may be extended. Processing and delivery times may vary based on product availability, order volume, destination, shipping carrier, and other operational factors. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately from different fulfillment locations.
After processing, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Respectfully Dressed LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, natural disasters, labor disruptions, customs delays, supplier delays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided, the shipment is subject to the carrier's operations, policies, and delivery timelines. Respectfully Dressed LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, routing errors, or delivery interruptions occurring after shipment has been accepted by the carrier.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all shipping costs prior to submitting an order. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and contacting the carrier when delivery issues arise.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is available for qualifying orders within the United States. Free Standard Shipping may be offered on qualifying orders that meet promotional or minimum purchase requirements. Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Respectfully Dressed LLC is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address information provided by the customer.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@respectfullydressed.com or 251-572-6822. Include your order number and clear photographs of the package, shipping label, and product(s).
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier. Respectfully Dressed LLC may assist in investigating carrier claims but is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Return eligibility, exchange requests, return shipping responsibilities, and refund processing are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss for transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to and accepted by the shipping carrier for shipment.
Order Changes
Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee modifications, cancellations, or address changes. Customers should contact us immediately if a correction is needed, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist prior to shipment.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Respectfully Dressed LLC ships only within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
